Privacy Policy
PumpForge (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website at pumpforge.io (the “Interface”). By using the Interface, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in this policy.
Data we collect
When you use the Interface, we may collect the following information:
Wallet data. Your Solana wallet public key is recorded when you connect your wallet, sign transactions, agree to our Terms of Use, or redeem promotional offers.
Network data. Your IP address and browser user-agent string are recorded automatically when you interact with the Interface.
Transaction data. Records of transactions initiated through the Interface, including token creation, pool creation, swaps, liquidity actions, authority revocations, LP locking, and LP burning. This includes transaction signatures, timestamps, and associated wallet addresses.
Error data. If a transaction or application error occurs, we log relevant technical details including wallet address, error type, and timestamps for debugging purposes.
Consent records. When you agree to our Terms of Use, we record your wallet address, IP address, user-agent, and the timestamp of your consent.
Data we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identity information unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, by contacting us at our support email). We use a small number of strictly technical cookies (such as the soft-launch access cookie) and do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. We do not collect private keys or seed phrases and will never ask for them.
Why we collect this data
Terms of Service compliance. To record proof of consent to our Terms of Use.
Abuse prevention. To detect and prevent misuse of promotional offers and platform features.
Debugging and reliability. To diagnose transaction failures, application errors, and performance issues.
Transaction records. To maintain records of platform activity for operational and legal purposes.
Where required by applicable law, we rely on the following legal bases for processing under Article 6 of the GDPR: contract performance (for the record of your consent to the Terms of Use), and legitimate interest (for abuse prevention, debugging, and operational records).
How we store and protect your data
All collected data is stored in secured databases with access restricted to PumpForge operators. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
Consent records and transaction records are retained indefinitely for legal and operational purposes. Error logs and promotional redemption records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, after which they may be deleted or anonymised.
Third-party services
We use third-party services across the following categories, which may process your IP address and request data as part of normal operations: hosting and edge delivery, Solana RPC providers, IPFS pinning, database storage, rate-limit caching, social-media APIs (for brand-account posts), and on-chain indexers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
On-chain data
Transactions conducted through the Interface are recorded on the Solana blockchain. On-chain data, including wallet addresses, transaction details, and token metadata, is publicly visible and permanent. PumpForge has no ability to modify or delete on-chain data. A wallet address is not, by itself, personally identifying, but it may become identifying when combined with other on-chain or off-chain information.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the off-chain data we hold about you by contacting us at support@pumpforge.io. Please note that we cannot delete on-chain data as it is immutable by nature. We will respond to data requests within 30 days.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are located in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 apply, and you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Children
The Interface is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Interface after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
