About this Interface

This website-hosted user interface (this “Interface”) is a frontend portal providing tools for SPL token creation, authority management, liquidity provision, pool creation, LP locking, and LP burning on the Solana blockchain. Transactions conducted through this Interface interact with permissionless smart contracts including those of the Raydium Protocol. PumpForge does not control, operate, or maintain the Raydium Protocol or the Solana network.

No warranties

THIS INTERFACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. The operators of this Interface do not provide, own, or control the Raydium Protocol, the Solana network, or any transactions conducted on them. By using this Interface, you agree that no developer or entity involved in creating, deploying, or maintaining this Interface will be liable for any claims or damages whatsoever associated with your use of, inability to use, or interaction with other users of this Interface. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, digital assets, tokens, or anything else of value.

Token creation disclaimer

PumpForge provides tools for token creation and liquidity management. We do not endorse, verify, audit, or take responsibility for any tokens created through this Interface or the actions, representations, or conduct of their creators. Users are solely responsible for the tokens they create and any obligations arising from them.

On-chain attribution

By using this Interface, you acknowledge and agree that PumpForge may include attribution data in on-chain transaction metadata, token metadata fields (including external_url, attributes, and creator arrays), and SPL Memo instructions. This data is permanent and cannot be removed after transaction confirmation.

No financial advice

Nothing on this Interface is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token creation, liquidity provision, locking, and trading on Solana involve real risk including impermanent loss, smart contract risk, market risk, and total loss of funds. Do your own research and only commit assets you can afford to lose.

Irreversibility

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. PumpForge cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any transaction once signed and submitted to the Solana network. Verify all parameters before signing. PumpForge is not liable for transactions submitted with incorrect parameters.

Availability

We do not guarantee that this Interface will be available at all times or that any transaction will execute successfully. Downtime, bugs, network congestion, or RPC failures may occur. PumpForge is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Service fees

Some actions on this Interface include a service fee collected by PumpForge. The exact amount is shown before you sign each transaction. Network fees, Raydium protocol fees, and account rent are separate and go to the Solana network or Raydium directly. Service fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed on-chain.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use this Interface. By using this Interface, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Prohibited jurisdictions

This Interface is not available to residents of Belarus, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Crimea, Donetsk People's Republic, and Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, the United States of America, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other jurisdiction in which accessing or using this Interface is prohibited.

By using this Interface, you represent that you are not located in, incorporated or established in, or a citizen or resident of these jurisdictions. You also represent that you are not subject to sanctions or designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties maintained by the United States Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union or its Member States, or any other government authority.

Changes to terms

PumpForge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of this Interface after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
